FunnelsEye is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who access or use this Platform. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
We collect personal data provided directly by users, including name, email address, phone number, business information, and payment details. Health and wellness data submitted voluntarily by end clients is also processed. Payment information is handled directly by our payment gateway partners and is not stored on our servers.
This Platform is a product of 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, registered in India, which serves as the data controller for all personal data collected through FunnelsEye. All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay), cloud infrastructure providers, authorised communication API providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
Personal data is retained for the duration of an active account and a minimum of three years following account closure. Data deletion requests may be submitted to the contact address below.
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and encrypted at rest. The Platform enforces role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and conducts regular security assessments.

Certain wellness or health-related information may be voluntarily submitted by users or clients for the purpose of coaching services. Such information is processed only with the user's explicit consent and solely for enabling the services requested through the Platform. Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@funnelseye.com, after which such data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyse platform usage, and maintain session security. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent (retained for a defined period). Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.
Coaches may connect their own Instagram professional account and their own Facebook Page. Connecting is optional and can be undone at any time from the dashboard.
While an account is connected, FunnelsEye accesses the following through Meta's official APIs, for that account only:
This data is processed solely to provide the features the coach has enabled. It is not sold, not used to advertise to the people in those conversations, and not shared between coaches. It is retained while the account remains connected and removed when the coach disconnects it or closes their account, subject to section 6.
People who contact a coach's account are communicating with that coach. FunnelsEye processes those communications on the coach's behalf.
Write to privacy@funnelseye.com from the address on the account, stating the Instagram or Facebook name used. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to section 6.
If you connected through Facebook or Instagram, removing FunnelsEye under Settings & Privacy, Settings, Apps and Websites also starts deletion automatically. A confirmation code is issued so the status of the request can be checked.
