Subscription fees paid to access FunnelsEye are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Access continues until the end of the current paid period upon cancellation. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.
Exception: In the event of a verified technical failure attributable solely to the Platform that prevents access to core features for more than 72 consecutive hours, a service credit may be considered upon written request, at the Platform's sole discretion.
Clients who purchase coaching services through the Platform do so directly with the individual coach โ an independent service provider. The Platform facilitates payment processing as a technology intermediary and is not the merchant of record for coaching services. The entity operating this Platform bears no liability for the quality or outcome of coaching services and is not obligated to issue refunds for coaching program purchases.
Refund eligibility for coaching services is determined solely by each coach's individual refund policy. Coaches are required to clearly disclose their refund policies to clients prior to payment.
All payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe Connect and Razorpay. Refund processing and chargeback procedures are subject to the policies of these payment providers.
Users who generate excessive chargebacks may have Platform access reviewed and suspended. The Platform reserves the right to withhold pending settlements during any active dispute or fraud review.
The Platform reserves the right to investigate and deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the applicable refund policy. In cases of suspected fraud, the Platform may suspend the relevant account pending investigation and cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement as required.
