By accessing or using the FunnelsEye platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
Access to FunnelsEye is granted by invitation and application only. The Platform reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at its sole discretion, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason. Approved users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during their active subscription period.
FunnelsEye provides technology infrastructure and automation systems to independent wellness coaches. The Platform is a technology provider — it does not deliver, supervise, or guarantee any coaching, wellness, or advisory services offered by coaches through the Platform. Coaches are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.
FunnelsEye is not the merchant of record for coaching services provided through the Platform. Coaches remain solely responsible for the services they offer to clients. Refund policies for coaching programs are determined by the respective coach providing the service, unless otherwise specified by the Platform.
The coaching services provided through the Platform may involve wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle guidance offered by independent coaches. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content, programs, and recommendations shared by coaches are intended for general wellness and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical or healthcare advice.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making significant health, nutrition, or fitness decisions. The Platform does not guarantee specific health, fitness, or business outcomes from any coaching programs offered by independent coaches.
Access to the Platform requires payment of applicable subscription fees, billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Platform is developed and operated by 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India.
FunnelsEye facilitates payment processing between coaches (service providers) and their clients using Stripe Connect and Razorpay Route as regulated payment infrastructure. The Platform acts as a technology intermediary — it collects payments on behalf of coaches and routes funds to their registered accounts, retaining a technology service fee per transaction. All payment flows are processed through Stripe Connect's managed marketplace model and Razorpay Route for India-based transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, escrow management, and automated split payouts.
Coaches are required to complete Stripe Connect onboarding and/or Razorpay KYC verification before receiving payouts. The Platform does not hold client funds beyond the period required for settlement processing.
Users may not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including misrepresentation of credentials, facilitation of fraudulent transactions, sharing platform access with unauthorised parties, or generating deceptive communications.
All software, AI systems, automation infrastructure, design assets, and intellectual property associated with FunnelsEye are exclusively owned by the entity operating this Platform. Users receive no ownership rights — only a limited usage license as described in these Terms.
The Platform may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund of fees already paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Haryana, India.
