FunnelsEye Zoom Integration Docs

Everything you need to add, use, and remove the FunnelsEye Zoom integration — including prerequisites, troubleshooting, de-authorization, and data removal.

01

Adding the App

Required

Prerequisites

Before connecting Zoom, make sure you have the following:

  • An active FunnelsEye account with dashboard access.
  • An active Zoom account (any plan, including Free).
  • Permission to authorise apps on that Zoom account.

Add & connect from your FunnelsEye dashboard

  1. Sign in to your FunnelsEye dashboard.
  2. Go to the Calendar section.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Find Zoom and select Connect.
  5. You'll be redirected to Zoom — review the requested permissions and authorise the connection via OAuth using your own Zoom account.
  6. After authorising, you'll return to FunnelsEye with the connection marked as active.

The integration is fully optional. You can use FunnelsEye without connecting Zoom, and connect later at any time.

Add from the Zoom App Marketplace (alternative)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Search for FunnelsEye and open the app listing.
  3. Click Add and review the requested permissions.
  4. Confirm to authorise. You'll then be directed to connect the app with your FunnelsEye account.

Troubleshooting

If the connection doesn't complete or stops working:

  • Confirm you authorised with the correct Zoom account.
  • If you recently changed your Zoom password or revoked access, reconnect via Calendar → Settings → Zoom → Connect.
  • Ensure your account has permission to authorise apps on Zoom.

Usage

Required

What you can do with the Zoom integration

Once connected, the integration powers the following actions. Each requires an active Zoom connection as described in Section 01.

Create Zoom meetings from the dashboard

Use case: When you set up a session or appointment in FunnelsEye, the integration can automatically create a corresponding Zoom meeting on your connected account — so you don't have to switch tools.
Prerequisites: Active Zoom connection.

Manage and update meetings

Use case: Update or cancel a scheduled meeting from FunnelsEye, and the change is reflected on your connected Zoom account — keeping your schedule consistent.
Prerequisites: Active Zoom connection; a meeting previously created through FunnelsEye.

Generate meeting links for sessions

Use case: Automatically attach a Zoom join link to scheduled sessions so clients always have the right link, without manual copying.
Prerequisites: Active Zoom connection; a scheduled session.

Trigger follow-up workflows

Use case: Use meeting events to trigger your FunnelsEye follow-up workflows — for example, sending a reminder before a session or a follow-up message afterward.
Prerequisites: Active Zoom connection; a configured follow-up workflow.

FunnelsEye does not host meetings and does not share or resell Zoom accounts. Every meeting is hosted and fully controlled by your own connected Zoom account.

03

Removing the App

Required

Option A — Disconnect from FunnelsEye

  1. Sign in to your FunnelsEye dashboard.
  2. Go to the Calendar section.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Find Zoom and select Disconnect.

Option B — Remove from your Zoom account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Go to Manage → Added Apps.
  3. Find FunnelsEye in the list.
  4. Click Remove to de-authorise the app.

What happens when you de-authorise

Removing or disconnecting the app takes effect immediately. After de-authorization:

  • FunnelsEye can no longer create, manage, or access meetings on your Zoom account.
  • The access tokens linking FunnelsEye to your Zoom account are invalidated.
  • Any Zoom-dependent actions (such as auto-generating meeting links) stop working until you reconnect.

How we handle your data after removal

When you de-authorise the app, the tokens used to connect to your Zoom account are invalidated immediately, and FunnelsEye stops processing any Zoom data.

To request deletion of integration data already stored, email privacy@funnelseye.com. We will action your request within the timeframes required by applicable law, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting Zoom does not delete your FunnelsEye account. It only removes the link between FunnelsEye and your Zoom account.
