How do I connect my Zoom account?

Go to the Calendar section, click Settings, then find Zoom and select Connect to authorise securely via OAuth. Full steps are in the Integrations section below.

Getting Started

Setting up your FunnelsEye account
After your access is approved, you'll receive a secure link to create your password and sign in to the dashboard. From there:
  • Open the secure access link from your email.
  • Create a strong password and sign in.
  • Complete your profile and business information.

Integrations & Zoom

How to connect your Zoom account
From your FunnelsEye dashboard, go to the Calendar section, click Settings, then find Zoom and select Connect. You'll be redirected to Zoom to securely authorise the connection via OAuth using your own Zoom account. Once authorised, FunnelsEye can create and manage meetings on your behalf. The integration is fully optional.

What the Zoom integration does
The integration lets you automatically create and manage Zoom meetings from your dashboard and trigger follow-up workflows.
  • FunnelsEye does not host meetings.
  • FunnelsEye does not share or resell Zoom accounts.
  • Every meeting is hosted and controlled by your own connected Zoom account.

How to disconnect or remove the Zoom integration
You can disconnect Zoom anytime from Calendar → Settings → Zoom → Disconnect. You may also remove it from Zoom directly:
  • Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Go to Manage → Added Apps.
  • Find FunnelsEye and click Remove.
Once removed, FunnelsEye can no longer access your Zoom data and associated tokens are invalidated. For data deletion, email privacy@funnelseye.com.

My Zoom connection stopped working
A connection can drop if you changed your Zoom password, revoked access, or the app was removed from your Zoom account. Simply reconnect via Calendar → Settings → Zoom → Connect again. If the issue continues, contact hi@funnelseye.com.

Payments are handled by trusted, regulated payment partners that meet applicable security and compliance standards, so every transaction stays protected. The Platform does not store card details on its own servers.

Data, Security & Privacy

How your data is protected
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Platform enforces access controls and multi-factor authentication for privileged access, and conducts regular security reviews. We process data in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and India's DPDP Act, and we never sell personal data.

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, phone, professional details, and billing information — and we process integration data (like Zoom meeting details) only to deliver the services you've connected. We collect only what's needed to run the Platform.
